 Description The Pink Rose Guesthouse & Spa is the first pink and gay men only guesthouse offering accommodation in the Cape Winelands and is following the goal to offer a one-of-a-kind B & B (Bed & Breakfast) to the travelling Gay-Community. Your hosts Lars and Detlef from Germany invite you to come and spend some time in sheer luxury for however long you wish. Four stylishly furnished apartments are at your hand in this exclusive home. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet residential area with striking views of the mountains and sea. A decadent breakfast is served daily in the Panorama Lounge, one of the many rooms in the house that is decorated with style. Enjoy your days hanging out at the Chill-Out Area, lounging by the pool (clothing optional), sauna and jacuzzi or indulge in an extravagant massage. Delve into the splendour of surrounding areas like nearby Stellenbosch (only a 10 minute drive) and Cape Town (only a 30 minute drive), breathtaking Cape Point or go whale watching in Hermanus, not to forget Franschhoek with its world class restaurants offering superb wines and gourmet food. Wine Tours, sandy beaches, interesting boutiques and famous Golf courses are only a few of the rewarding experiences the region has to offer. Accommodation Room 1The spacious room with decorative paints offers a direct access to the lounge and the garden with spa.
Room 2This spacious apartment with a large window overlooking the palm grove offers extra privacy with its separate entrance.
Room 3This room with its separate entrance has a terrace under palm trees, where breakfast can be served on request.
Room 4The spacious room is decorated in purple and offers contemporary built-in cupboards with a King Size Bed. In summertime the air conditioner provides a pleasant coolness.
Panorama LoungeEnjoy an extensive breakfast in the lounge with panoramic views of the Cape of Good Hope while savouring a tropical fruit salad with seasonal fruit, crunch in a freshly baked crispy roll or taste a cup of aromatic coffee. Chill-Out AreaMeet other gays for an iced beer in our Chill-Out Area. You might prefer a glass of South African wine and enjoy the sunset or just dream away... The Wellness-HouseBe pampered in the luscious Spa, an exclusive service for guests and their friends. The facilities include a sun terrace, a sauna, a jacuzzi, an outdoor pool and a relaxation area. Don't forget the excellent massages done by Lars, our professional masseur! Our partnership with the nearby Virgin Active Health Club has enabled us to offer our guests a reduced admission to all the additional facilities they may need - a 25m swimming pool, saunas, circuit training, cardio equipment and Pilates & Yoga studio. You are also welcome to book a personal trainer.
